Our system for manufacturing PAN-ISOX® structural panels combines the technology of rigid insulation manufacturing and high thermal resistance with the manufacturing technology of factory-designed structural panels.

The building panels manufactured according to our pioneering technology are made of a core of polyisocyanurate foam insulation injected under pressure between two sheets of solid sheeting, such as fibre cement, OSB or gypsum. In its solid state, our foam insulation fills all the space between the two sheets of the surface material. No vacuum, no overflow, only a monolithic structure that owes its structural strength to the exclusive PAN-ISOX® self-laminating process.

The finished product offers high compressive, tensile and shearing strength. In addition, its exceptional thermal resistance makes it a component of choice for the residential, industrial and commercial construction markets.
